Who it is for: Sick children and young people from newborn to 21, together with their families.
How it is accessed: Requested by an approved healthcare professional through the TLC Services App.
What it can provide: Food, travel, accommodation, equipment, essentials and meaningful experiences.

A response designed around the family, often within 24 to 48 hours where possible.

Who it is for: Young children receiving examinations, procedures or treatment in healthcare settings.
How it is accessed: Requested by hospitals and healthcare facilities through an approved account.
What it can provide: Movement, colour, sound and play resources selected for clinical practicality.
