Chloe had spent almost three weeks in hospital after serious complications following surgery, including a frightening stay in intensive care.
Her Sweet 16 arrived while she was still receiving treatment. TLC for Kids brought in beautiful gifts that were chosen around the things Chloe loved, helping her family mark a milestone that could easily have passed like any other hospital day.
The response was not about the size of the gift. It was about reminding Chloe that she was still herself, still loved and still worthy of celebration.
